Corporate meddles too much in day to day operations. Job would be much easier without 23 extra steps. Business would benefit from allowing on site employers to make decisions instead of people who haven’t stepped foot out of their office. Corporate doesn’t listen to employee concerns. Again, they’re desk jockeys and have no idea what it’s like in the field. Good luck getting things fixed, or replaced. Corporate needs the money for their gym and Friday morning breakfast. Corporate could benefit from downsizing their workforce, too many people there doing the same jobs. Money could allocated to the frontline workers instead. Pay raises are borderline non existent. Corporate refuses to answer a phone call.
