Pros

Growing company, excellent boss! The company is growing and offers potential for advancement and learning new areas. Treats employees GREAT with breakfast on Fridays, drawings for great seats to concerts and other events.

Cons

Can be very busy with not much backup to help with workload as others are as busy. The lazy non workers don't seem to get noticed by upper management.

Plenty of hours with decent pay. Great benefits

Cons

Corporate meddles too much in day to day operations. Job would be much easier without 23 extra steps. Business would benefit from allowing on site employers to make decisions instead of people who haven’t stepped foot out of their office. Corporate doesn’t listen to employee concerns. Again, they’re desk jockeys and have no idea what it’s like in the field. Good luck getting things fixed, or replaced. Corporate needs the money for their gym and Friday morning breakfast. Corporate could benefit from downsizing their workforce, too many people there doing the same jobs. Money could allocated to the frontline workers instead. Pay raises are borderline non existent. Corporate refuses to answer a phone call.

Its like work without rest-- 6am to 8 pm, if you can not then out did not feel challenged

Cons

Bad company to work if you are honest, married and have kids. especially if you are woman.
