Can pop headphones in and get a ton of audiobook volume in. Easy to wander off into a hidden corner whenever you want an extra break.
Cons
Nearly every day at Green Sprouts felt like a part of my soul was being erased. Individualism is not celebrated, hard work is not appreciated, responsibility is ignored and worker safety is of no concern for management at Green Sprouts. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who really truly cared about their job or those around them. I've heard racist comments from fellow coworkers, sexist comments, sexually explicit comments, etc. It is impossible to make any kind of proper complaint as you are often reporting to a family member, best friend, etc, of the person making the comments. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. The owner is bizarre and abusive, her husband is out of touch
