Company reorganization in 2020 - was meant to expand business but was the beginning of many corporate changes that did not expand business but rather created internal misalignments. It’s not a toxic environment but it IS very difficult for new people to learn their role and navigate the systems with any efficiency as the focus seems to be making major changes every 2-3 years to “grow” the business. Company’s reputation used to be a stable ship always moving forward with stability and growth, now it feels we change directions frequently. Proceed with caution applying here.
