Pros
This was the first agency that allowed me to have my hand in so many hats, esp being rather junior in my career. As a strategy associate, I managed accounts and projects, worked on social media campaigns, planned photoshoots, conducted brand research, and more. I really appreciated the diverse workload and feel like it helped me hone my marketing chops at a faster pace than my peers. I also loved that everyone (account, creative, digital...) is encouraged to contribute to the creative process. Being a part of the brainstorms even though I wasn't on the creative team was fun and fulfilling.
Cons
- The WFH policy is stiff and outdated. - Agency life is hard work and long hours, but that's not unique to Greenhouse. - If you're looking for a typical agency with narrow job descriptions you probably won't like it here.
