      Pros

      As others have mentioned, total compensation package is competitive. Vacation and fringe benefits are adequate. Privately owned firm.

      Cons

      Interview process was laborious for what I would consider an entry to mid-level position. Very competitive and cutthroat atmosphere. Almost no work life balance. There are few big fish in town that refer business - big fish in a little pond - lots of drama and politics.

      Pros

      Decent pay with very good benefits.

      Cons

      Culture can be very toxic with a lot of favoritism and different rules for different people. It's almost like people are encouraged to take credit for others work rather than build each other up.
