      Poor management and general incompetence. Culture is a fraud.

      Pros

      Good non-salary benefits. Wellness reimbursement and retirement match are above market. Typically a good bonus.

      Cons

      Culture is a total fraud and management routinely says one thing and does another. Rules and policies only apply to non-client facing, non-favorite, employees. Office politics is really bad. There is also a lot of people there (>30%) that are just plain incompetent in their roles and there is very little accountability. There is no trust in the name. Salary for non-client facing staff is below market.

      Salary and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      They like to proudly tout that there is great work/life balance but the rumblings of many workers is that this is not really the case. Lots of favoritism, policies applied unevenly, cut-throat.

      Pros

      As others have mentioned, total compensation package is competitive. Vacation and fringe benefits are adequate. Privately owned firm.

      Cons

      Interview process was laborious for what I would consider an entry to mid-level position. Very competitive and cutthroat atmosphere. Almost no work life balance. There are few big fish in town that refer business - big fish in a little pond - lots of drama and politics.
