Culture is a total fraud and management routinely says one thing and does another. Rules and policies only apply to non-client facing, non-favorite, employees. Office politics is really bad. There is also a lot of people there (>30%) that are just plain incompetent in their roles and there is very little accountability. There is no trust in the name. Salary for non-client facing staff is below market.
