Pay & Canteen but the canteen prices are ridiculously high
Cons
You get rushed into taking calls and then no support from managers/training team
Management have no people skills, don’t care about their staff and look at you as if you beneath them
Most skills you have to learn on the job (which is fine) but even with no support make sure you don’t make any errors because you will be told you’re not doing so well and be made to feel inadequate regardless of all the good things you’ve and progress made (and this is still within your training period)
There are cliques and if you don’t get into one then you might be out of a job because there’s a lot of favouritism and it seems you’re not judged based on your work ethic, reliability etc but more on the way you look.
Management seem very fake and their actions show they couldn’t care less about your development or wellbeing (in your interviews induction they preach about how they are big on development and progression but that is solely based on whether you’re in the with clique and not your skills).
Lack of feedback given to staff and when they do it’s when it’s too late and they’re ready to get rid of you. Staff come and go faster than the London Underground, I’ve never experienced anything like this in any job I’ve ever had.
