      Small company that allows you to be more than just a number and there is not the whole corporate politics going

      Cons

      Since it is a small company not only are you expected to do all sorts of things including things outside of you department but also it is small enough that the powers that be are always micro-managing everything.

      Grenadier has a well defined culture of support and caring. Those that fall outside this culture move on pretty quickly.

      Work at home part of the time

      Cons

      Owners and upper management were terrible. No work/life balance, they expect you to be at their beck and call 24/7 yet they have no respect nor concern for their employees. They also have the same disregard for the vendors they work with. They short pay or do not pay them according to agreements.
