Pros
I had a half-dozen interviews the week I signed up with Greyrock; marketing firms, financial institutions, the insurance industry, as well as a management opportunity. The reason I chose Greyrock over the others was due to the growth opportunities. There is a clear path to management of my own office and the opportunities don't stop there. It is just a fruitful beginning. If I achieve my goals it will be because I had earned them through my hard work and dedication. If you want to control your destiny and actually be financially independent this is a great place to be. This company is experiencing rapid growth and being a part of it will be amazing. Personally, I don't just want to be a part of that growth, I want to be a catalyst in it. If you know you have great value, join Greyrock. It may just be the best career decision you ever made.
Cons
Only downside is if you're a short-term (weeks to a few months) employee. If you are, you never get to experience the reason we all decided to join Greyrock. If you're going to choose Greyrock, commit. You will be rewarded for your efforts like no other company you have been a part of. Believe in yourself, trust yourself, and there is no down-side to this oppurtunity.
