Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth. This is what attracted me the most - the ability to grow with no limits. Its not for everyone, it requires hard work and perseverance but honestly thats what I wish I would have learned more of from previous positions. This job is all about what you put in so if your hungry for success its perfect.

Cons

Like I mentioned, preserving is everything. Being able to maintain the big picture is crucial.

Pros

This place is extremely motivating. Teaches you mental toughness to another level. Completely goal driven environment where the people you work with are only motivated to see you succeed with them. Great place for new graduates or smart people who have above average work ethic. Amazing opportunity to be your own boss within a short amount of time.

Cons

Can be stressful. Not for people who are shy or too with too much pride. You will have to learn to comfortable being uncomfortable.

Pros

They have a state of the art/hands-on training program. The peers work with a fantastic team presence and togetherness. It is extremely clear what you must do in order to be successful.

Cons

The worst part is that your friends/peers hold you accountable. And in my opinion, that was not a downfall by any means. It actually trains one to become more progressive in all aspects of life and I'm thankful for that.
