Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you felt that we compensated you well and that you were able to further develop your skills. And I agree with you, we do like to create a competitive environment. I can see how, at times, we might get a little too competitive and we need to lighten it up. In the last few months we've made some changes to bring a more fun environment to work and I think everyone feels like it's better. On the cons side I'm confused by your response of no safety. We have offered an hourly pay since our first day in business and while you need to hit targets to earn additional commissions, you will ALWAYS get paid the hourly even if you didn't do any sales. Regardless, thank you for your feedback, it helps us always focus on getting better.
