Pros

No physical office, WFH full time

Cons

Leadership has little understanding of an operator's day to day job or best practices on any platform. "Process" that they pride themselves on is years behind the times. No separation between work + life: expected to respond at any hour on any day of the week. Consistently demeaning intelligent employees who are excellent at their job and thrive in other environments. No job security - employees are expected to meet unrealistic expectations and have their jobs threatened when CEO is upset. Consistent miscommunication from clients to account managers to operators.

Pros

This is the first company I've ever worked at that actually trusts you to *gasp!* do your job. There is no micromanagement, and the people are truly kind. If you are someone who values independence at work, like myself, this is the place for you. Wins are regularly acknowledged by your coworkers (including the CEO) and appreciation is shown through praise, gift cards, and more. It goes a long way!

Freedom to work independently Macro managers - NOT micro managers Streamlined process for everything Consistent Growth opportunities

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but if you aren't ready to take on a remote job it's probably not the best place for you to work.
