No training Undefined expectations No leadership No collaboration No team atmosphere I left a large agency for this one and it was the worst career decision I made. There was no organization/leadership. I didnt even know who my "boss" was up until the time I was let go. There was no real training and you are not given the tools you need to be successful. From the week I was hired I felt like i was set up to fail. They have a paid social director who is rude to the operators and always seems irritated with his job. All other departments are practically silos and dont work together. Past all the negatives, I do think their data driven approach is strong but I truly hope they look into getting more organization and leadership in the company.
