Project can be hectic like most places

+ laptops + great remote login or laptop remote working access + sufficient work + great individuals

- very poor management - overtime , overtime , overtime - very poor understanding from management - very poor resourcing - poor HR - very poor culture - confusing career pathway - very high profit margin - a few top favorites, the rest of the staff are just numbers
