The interview process involves a great deal of "smoke and mirrors" and fails to accurately reflect the daily reality of the role. Once onboarded, there is a complete lack of support, coaching, or structured training, leaving staff without the necessary foundation to succeed. The culture at the practice is, unfortunately, two-faced, which makes it difficult to build genuine professional trust. Furthermore, the firm frequently mistakes "under-resourcing" for a "high-pressure" environment. While the firm brands itself as "top-tier," there is a significant gap in the structural support actually provided to project leads. Most concerning is the internal rhetoric that labels staff as "divas" or "flakes" when they advocate for the necessary resources, staffing, and realistic timelines required to deliver quality work. In a professional architectural environment, requesting adequate support is a matter of risk management and project integrity, rather than a lack of dedication.
