Pros

Casual dress Fun, although sometimes childish environment

Cons

Ops side is comprised of kids out of uni who behave like they are the next Steve Jobs and look down on sales reps Management doesn't know how to manage a sales force Employees are treated like numbers and many regional directors think nothing of firing someone HR tries very hard to make the company look cool and fun but in reality it is a ruthless business Don't get me wrong, it is a good springboard if you have little or no experience that will enable you to get a job in a proper company. Pros

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Cons

Not many cons. People are really cool.

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
