      Casual dress, Free day of for your bday. Breakfast.

      Cons

      No Job security. Mass redundancy's. Assuring you things are ok one week, Ranjip from Chenia has you job the next week. I cant see this company being around for much longer. Dodgy, and unethical.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
