Pros

- You got to work with really talented people from all over the world. You got to learn a lot from them. - Compensation match market rate

Cons

- Dying service, no innovation - Out of touch leadership from Czech that doesn't understand the market or their customer, yet they have all the power. - Some of the senior people are so rude, mean and hostile, they treat people under them like trash. Rude comments are being given out disguise as honest feedback. The reason they are getting away with this is because company has no morale, they will keep you if you make good enough profit for them regardless of how rude you are. - You are nothing more but an asset to them, if you cost too much they will cut you, if you are not in their friend group you are out. - Hiring and firing like crazy, changing leadership constantly. Everyone is exhausted because of change. - Everyone is overwork because people keep disappearing so you have to do the work of 2-3 people. They are trying to cut cost by making one person work more, then hire senior role with crazy high salary to make it up. The people at the the bottom suffer the most. - Company is so souless, even the content they produce is heavily AI generated, no creativity, no community, no loyal customer or businesses. They just living quarter by quarter with what they had before the downfall. - If you want high stress environment where everyone is so scared of losing their job all the time, you will love it here - Bonus if you like to overwork and you are workaholic who has no life outside of work and your identity is attached to this place. Management loves it and they will exhaust every ounce of your energy.

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
