Poorly structured, poor communication between departments, lower pay than other higher ed institutions, very little chance of advancement, very low cost of living raise ( Newer employees with less experience get hired making much much more than employees that have been here for years due to the very low yearly raises), hourly employees are not valued, not culturally diverse, from what I've seen women seem to be paid much less than men.
