Pros
Friendly staff/faculty. Many opportunities to learn and grow in your field and in other fields. Absolutely beautiful campus. Technology is up to date and well supported. Benefit package is better than any other place I've worked. This is a place to stay and build a career.
Cons
Some areas do not have a lot of room for advancement. The college hires a lot of graduates/alumni. This is only a "con" if you are not an alum!
