Good hourly pay in comparison to other large-scale companies that provide 1:1 coaching; well-matched coach to coachees, organized communication from management to coaches; coachees are engaged, offers flexibility of schedule and location, rewarding work

Low frequency of matches - some months I am busy and other months there are no notifications of matches; I wish I could have a more regular schedule of coachees. Sometimes difficult scheduling sessions with coachees, they can fail to communicate outside of sessions and there is no other way of contacting them outside of email, unless they offer other forms of contact.
