Pros

Great benefit package with insurance and 401K bonus plus holidays, not too bad of a commute, good people to work with who are non-managers.

Cons

It was a fun place to work long time ago but new management has changed everything. There is no respect among employees and no trust. Everyone is looking out for themselves only rather than working as a team to make the company successful. Low moral among employees and the nonsense of Grundfos values that is not lived. If you are a "Yes" man and you know how to play good politics, this is the place to be. You will excel in your job, get promoted, and will get ample of opportunities to succeed but it will not be because of your capabilities. It is because you are a brown nose. On the last note, if you leave Grundfos and management finds out you were doing a poor/average job, don't worry if you decide to come back. They will offer you a job with a good raise and title and welcome you back with open arms.

Pros

- Strong focus on sustainability and innovation - Supportive team culture with colleagues who genuinely want to help each other - Good work‑life balance and flexibility depending on the department - Opportunities to learn and grow if you take initiative Grundfos is a solid place to work if you value purpose‑driven work and a collaborative environment. There’s room for growth, but you need to advocate for yourself and stay proactive.

Cons

- Some processes can feel slow due to a global structure - Communication between regions and departments can be inconsistent - Career progression may depend heavily on your manager
