Pros
They occasionally through you a bone in the form of a $20 gift card. The work itself is manageable but it would be nice to be paid a little more to afford better self-care.
Cons
It’s a job. Keep that in mind always. Don’t have fun, don’t count on camaraderie, don’t count on support from coworkers. Expect management to be shady, inconsistent, and not helping/caring about your actual work. If anything, expect them to be in your way.
