Pros
Everyone I worked with was absolutely lovely. This company really cares about your work experience and actually listens to suggestions / feedback. Management is constantly improving processes to make life easier for employees. The pay is great and makes sense in relation to the workload. There is a lot of flexibility RE work hours, time off, processes, etc. They care about the workload getting done, and leave the rest to you within reason. I never felt micromanaged, and always felt supported.
Cons
This was not an easy job by any means. On certain occasions there were not enough on-boarders to handle the workload. Management tried there best to resolve the issue, however hiring and training new staff takes many months so there is really no easy solution to the fast increase in volume of accounts. You will never be clocked watching in this role as there is always too much to do and not enough time to do it.
