For my current manager, she’s the best you’ll ever have!! She'll entrusts you with tasks and responsibilities without micromanaging. If you encounter setbacks, she provides support to help you get back on your feet and try again. As for my previous manager, I’m grateful for seeing my potential! In my current team, we operates like a close-knit family, where open communication is encouraged, and I feel supported by my manager's guidance and dedication to our team's success.
