Pros
Leadership, leadership, leadership. It all starts from the top. Everything about them is refreshing, rewarding, and makes you want to do the best you can at all times. You can be as involved or removed from a majority of the meetings. There is an emphasis on work/life balance that I haven't seen anywhere else. The mutual respect amongst peers across all department is something that I also truly appreciate and love.
Cons
The amount of time I spent trying to think of a con filling out this field was longer than the rest of the survey combined. The only thing that came to mind were issues that have since been resolved so sorry that this wasn't helpful.
