Pros
I've been at Guru for almost 4 years from when we were a much smaller organization :) I love Guru now just as much as I did when I first started! It would take me all day to list all of the reasons I love Guru.... The Key Pros: --Culture: from transparency from our exec team and access to communicate with them to the feeling of comfort to walk up and speak to any given co-worker --Product: Our product works. This makes everyday much more enjoyable knowing I'm selling a product that truly helps our clients' day to day lives, not to mention it makes me excited and hopeful for what the future holds for Guru. --Training Resources: I feel as though I have several resources at hand that I can leverage to continue sharpening my sales skills, as well as understanding new features being added to our product.
Cons
It's truly tough to think of cons. I think the only ones would just be keeping up with our speed of growth ie ensuring I'm familiar with all new employees, as well as general organization/product changes which I'd expect from a growing organization like ours.
