Pros
Guru truly cares about their employees. They have excellent benefits (particularly around flexibility of where to work, they are very remote friendly), a great leadership team that truly cares about its employees, and a wonderful company culture. People are generally kind, smart, thoughtful, and hardworking and don't take themselves too seriously.
Cons
There isn't always great opportunities for mobility at Guru. This may be dependent on whether or not they are currently hiring, but I have observed and experienced stagnancy in being promoted or being able to move job functions within the organization.
