Pros

As a first-time intern, I felt thoroughly welcomed and guided. The team was incredibly patient and invested in my learning curve. The work environment is genuinely kind and collaborative. Team members are always willing to help, celebrate successes, and offer constructive feedback without negativity. Even during tight deadlines or challenging projects, management and colleagues maintained professionalism and a supportive tone. No harsh criticism, only solutions-oriented discussions. The remote internship was well-organized. Communication through regular check-ins and digital tools was clear, making me feel connected despite the distance.

Cons

As with many agencies, priorities can shift with client needs. This meant on rare occasions, I needed to be flexible with my hours to meet a deadline, but it was never excessive or expected as a regular practice.

Pros

Some of the people, such as: AC's, former employees, and managers, are very nice. You'll learn how to work with companies from India and understand a new business culture. Relaxed office environment.

Cons

Where to begin? The most obvious is the lack of professionalism in the Human Resources Dept. HR is a joke, at best. Human Resources will constantly call at all hours and ask team members to spy on others, making the environment very toxic. HR is also very abusive, not only verbally, but physically. HR has been known to tell employees to " shut up" and has even slapped one employee across the face at a team outing. ( Can you say liability?) The CEO is a smart man, who claims Gutenberg is a global agency when in reality it is, sadly, a one person office or freelancer in random geographies with the exception of India, and the US. Compensation is poor and promotions are sometimes given in title and duties without any or (delayed for months) monetary compensation .
