Cons
1. ZERO work life balance. 2. Management has ZERO clarity on what to do with the customer service department. 3. Toxic workplace (especially for customer service). 4. Changing people's roles every other day and never letting them settle, eventually ending in the employee resigning. 5. Salary deduction in the name of monthly review. 6. NO holidays!!! Not even Independence day or Diwali or Gandhi Jayanti. The management decides everything according to their mood (which fluctuates quite a lot to be honest). 7. Random 6 days work roster every other week. (The offer letter says 5 days by the way). 8. The HR is the absolute worst and is used to intimidate the employees who try to question any stupid policies or even things like 6-days work or working on official company holidays. The HR personally threatens employees and intimidates them into shutting up or leaving. 9. The customer service department is isolated from the other departments of the company and works from a different location as well and this works in the favour of the management because the employee cannot reach HR/Admin/CEO for any issues. 10. Overall, the Customer Service department is pathetic. Other departments are fine, good even. But CS is a big NO NO.
