1. ZERO work life balance. 2. Management has ZERO clarity on what to do with the customer service department. 3. Toxic workplace (especially for customer service). 4. Changing people's roles every other day and never letting them settle, eventually ending in the employee resigning. 5. Salary deduction in the name of monthly review. 6. NO holidays!!! Not even Independence day or Diwali or Gandhi Jayanti. The management decides everything according to their mood (which fluctuates quite a lot to be honest). 7. Random 6 days work roster every other week. (The offer letter says 5 days by the way). 8. The HR is the absolute worst and is used to intimidate the employees who try to question any stupid policies or even things like 6-days work or working on official company holidays. The HR personally threatens employees and intimidates them into shutting up or leaving. 9. The customer service department is isolated from the other departments of the company and works from a different location as well and this works in the favour of the management because the employee cannot reach HR/Admin/CEO for any issues. 10. Overall, the Customer Service department is pathetic. Other departments are fine, good even. But CS is a big NO NO.

The company is full of Favouritism & politics. Managers are allowed to wfh any day wherein we cannot in case of any circumstances. Comments are made on personal life and stretching extra hours is a part of your KRA every month. Office parties in the premises itself are rubbish & you are forced to drink even when if u don’t drink. You are forced to stay till late in office & party. You are hired for a specific task & you are made to do a completely different task. Work is over assigned & the bandwidth issue remains for more than 6 months. There is no process of work & tasks. If you want to grow in your career don’t join this company. Employees are not rewarded in case of any achievements. KRA’s are not done basis the performance it’s done basis the mood of your manager. Salaries are deducted in low KRA’s. Any superior can talk to you with a high voice. 0 work life balance.

Pros

Can't think of any to be honest, they have liquor parties for employees every now and then within office premises(if anybody would consider that)

Cons

A never ending list! HR Head makes comments on your personal life and would threaten you to throw you out if you marry within a year of joining the organisation You have to greet your superior by Sir and you are not allowed to leave the office premises when your shift gets over without taking permission from them. Policies are changed as per the company's convenience and they differ as per the employee too HR would take forver to share any info asked or any document required Your superior can walk-in any time to the office and there is no exception if you be 5 mins late and salary deductions are done quite aggressively.
