Pros

If you work hard, you can grind an extra money. Lunch costs only 1 EUR. Some people work there was great

Cons

Some people work there are superficial and creates a toxic work environment. GymBeam is spying your work via software called TimeDoctor. This is mandatory software you must use during the work because it counts the time while you working. It watches your keyboard, open apps and mouse to detect if your'e working. Every few minutes it takes the screenshots !!. Managers can see all the details. Guys from IT told me they are "punished" when spend more time on the meetings. I heard many stories from older employees about yelling to the people when mostly girls ended meetings crying :( People working there disappearing from Slack from one to another day without any good-bye message or reason. Some managers as I saw are real micromanagers like from the book. They know everything better than you and if don't agree with you, start attacking you. I think all the things makes an toxic working environment and great social marketing trying to hide it.

Thank you for your feedback. We constantly try to create a supportive work environment and manage stress effectively. Our managers are encouraged to be supportive rather than strict, while still leading assertively and effectively. The tracking tool, Time Doctor, is not intended to spy on employees but to provide valuable information about the time spent on tasks. This helps to ensure that work is distributed appropriately and that employees can focus on important tasks and dedicate time to it. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We wish you the best of luck in your future career.

Pros

I joined GymBeam as an intern in a field unrelated to my studies, yet the company gave me the opportunity to explore different roles and find where I genuinely fit. This reflects how attentively they recognize people's individual potential. Management is open and approachable, and communication across the team feels friendly rather than overly formal. The atmosphere is young and energetic, complemented by regular sports events and in house workouts and workshops. What stands out most is the company's momentum. It suits people who enjoy staying active, learning continuously, and trying new approaches. GymBeam also keeps pace well with current technologies and trends, so employees rarely find themselves working with outdated tools or in roles that have lost relevance.

Cons

The flexibility here means employees often shape their own tasks and direction, which I see as an opportunity for creativity and ownership. It simply suits those who value a degree of independence in their work but it demands high responsility on the other hand.

Pros

Working at GymBeam is, for me, connected with a dynamic environment, fast growth, and many opportunities to learn new things. I like that the company never stands still, continuously brings new projects, and gives people real space to come up with ideas and see them put into practice. A big advantage is the international environment, a strong brand, and a team of people who are motivated to move things forward. It is not a place for someone looking for routine, but rather for people who want to grow, take responsibility, and be part of building a successful European company. For me, GymBeam is a company with great energy, ambition, and many opportunities for people who want to work on themselves.

Cons

For some people, it may be a fast-paced environment. It depends on the person. I am satisfied.
