Pros
Working for Gymshark has been an amazing experience for a variety of reasons. The people I work with are supportive, driven, and motivated to help each other grow and continue to learn. Being surrounded by like-minded individuals who are passionate about this brand inspires me to work harder and be the best I can be at my job. On top of the cultural aspects, Gymshark also offers a variety of benefits that other companies don't such as: mental health resources, generous reimbursement for fitness/self-development, and opportunities to volunteer.
Cons
I think a lot of people want to work at Gymshark just to say they work for Gymshark and move up in the company, so there are times where it feels like there's a sense of competition, but overall I feel super supported by my coworkers and very happy with the worplace.
