Great company - Desktop Support H-Wire Employee Review

They don't micro-manage. They allow flexibility. They're good to employees. H-Wire is understanding if something comes up during normal business hours.

Sometimes there are long hours, but in IT it's to be expected from time to time.

Fair treatment, great benefits, great co-worker. Management works hard to make employees feel valued - big bonuses, gift cards, annual company trip, get-togethers, etc. Summers are busy, but the rest of the year there is usually great work-life balance. If you are a go-getter and want to learn and grow, you can. If you just want to go on autopilot and hope things will be given to you - you won't.

Summer means longer hours (though also more bonuses). Since it's a smaller company, things aren't always well-defined and getting things done often requires some initiative.
