      Great business..bad sales management

      Pros

      Good coworkers, decent benefits, offers good amount of time off

      Cons

      Sales environment is toxic. A sales manager who yells at employees and takes credit for others sales. Taking away earned commissions and giving them to the technical/engineering personnel or other sales reps. Having management lie to others about sales work responsibilities.

      Pros

      Good culture for a small company. Loved employee get togethers and parties, work was rewarding.

      Cons

      Growth didn't feel like it was there, not sure what direction or how the company will grow. Don't know about any promotions available.

      Pros

      They don't micro-manage. They allow flexibility. They're good to employees. H-Wire is understanding if something comes up during normal business hours.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are long hours, but in IT it's to be expected from time to time.
