Pros
A lot of responsibilities, good for gaining experience. Flexibility to work from home.
Cons
Good on paper, terribly bad in reality.
Communication overall is awful. They claim that nobody works overtime, but most people do, overall, if somebody else decides for you. And nobody explains anything to you; you are expected to figure everything out on your own.
People get promoted based on time or connections, not on skills. Poor leadership and poor communication between your own team and other teams. Not even the managers know what is going on with the company at times.
They save some money hiring Indian staff, but working with their time zone is impossible.
