Worse than working for the government - Interiors Mentor HAECO Americas Employee Review

You name it Haeco has it… toxic, incompetent leadership, check. Does Haeco Americas overwork their employees, absolutely they do. Do they offer competitive compensation? No they do not. Will HR fire based on he said she said hearsay? You bet they will, in a heartbeat. The long and the short of it is this is the worst employer I’ve ever worked for and I spent 8 years in the military… yes, Haeco Americas is worse than the US government. If you’re looking for long hours, bad pay and benefits, incompetent management, and a shady HR Department… this is the place for you. I recommend any of the other employers in the area such as Toyota, Wolfspeed, Boom Supersonic, Honda Jet, etc.
