Not really any cons to me

Benefits package is great, insurance is included and for managers up it’s included for your family. If you start as a teller, you have a lot of opportunities for advancement.

Corporate politics, and home grown systems that make the job difficult and/or inefficient. Very much into promoting within, so most VPs, Exec team started at the bottom and worked up. That’s not necessarily a bad thing but it means limited experience outside of Hapo which means they are reluctant to make changes or try new things.
