Great benefits. Loans for professional clothing.

Cons

Nepotism. There is a cool kids club of VPs and Execs. Friends hiring friends who have zero experience. HR nightmare. The CEO actually refers to the company as the cool kids' table. Lot of micromanaging and no room for growth unless you suck up to the cool kids club. Will look for any excuse to fire people.

Great manager, good benefits and leads.

Cons

Compliance issues. Writing notes in a way that's borderline illegal, computer core system sucks and is outdated. Senior management does not listen to anything unless you are in the cult. People are afraid to speak up.
