They are genuinely good people. - Good work is noticed and appreciated - once you are able to display a level of competency and organization, work hard, meet project deadlines etc. your responsibilities can and will expand. I appreciated that there was an emphasis on ability rather than tenure; if they trust that you can handle the responsibility of managing projects, you will be given the opportunity. - The in-office culture was very positive, I enjoyed going into work every day.

If you care about your work product and perform, it will not go unnoticed. I greatly enjoyed my time working at HCA.

The travel involved can wear on you at times, but it is a necessary part of the job. HCA does a great job adjusting your schedule as needed if you need to be home for whatever reason. Management is actively involved in identifying the challenges of your role and then working to mitigate those challenges to the best of their ability. Employee retention is important to them.
