The work is challenging, yet rewarding; to succeed here you need to be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize your tasks. If you care about your work product and perform, it will not go unnoticed. I greatly enjoyed my time working at HCA.
Cons
The travel involved can wear on you at times, but it is a necessary part of the job. HCA does a great job adjusting your schedule as needed if you need to be home for whatever reason. Management is actively involved in identifying the challenges of your role and then working to mitigate those challenges to the best of their ability. Employee retention is important to them.
