Financially Strong. Have a lot of patience to learn in the health care field even if company is in losses. Have strength to employee any talent as and when required.

Have no idea how Health care market works in India. Too much dependent on US partners to show path in general operations and strategy decisions. Want to change the Indian health care scenario US way without understanding deeply the market dynamics.Do not have any leader from Indian Healthcare back ground. Have top bottom approach.
