Pros
Team members and a big variety of lunch spots around the office location
Cons
You are better off finding a career elsewhere, rather than wasting your time at Herb, and to avoid being under-compensated for the work you do. Upper management has no knowledge of how to properly run and manage a company. They give false hopes and skewed information on company performance... this company is truly a sinking ship Upper management feels as though they are smart enough to handle so many roles themselves, although they have no prior knowledge in fulfilling these roles. They go on about "good vibes only" and being "team players" but won't genuinely care about the mental health of their employees. They claim to "value" their employees but feel the need to communicate poorly towards them Having a work/life balance may be possible but also be prepared for the CEO to contact you past working hours, and make you work if he feels the need to do so So many employees have been laid off due to "cutting costs", but there's been enough money to spend on upper management when it comes to anything that benefits them specifically Company culture is extremely poor. Everyone fears they are next in losing their job. Employees are constantly taken advantage of by upper management, are overworked, and are then blamed for not doing their job as best as possible
