The equivalent of having an abusive, psycho boyfriend
Pros
- working with a passionate, talented, fun team (before they fired all of them) - 420 perks - the benefits are good
Cons
- their word means nothing. They will promise trips, bonuses, salary increases - but will always go back on their word. - a complete lack of kindness and compassion to those suffering with mental health problems. (which this job creates btw - anxiety/depression) - constantly changing direction and schedule which makes your job almost impossible to do. - the CEO has to be the most pompous, callous, domineering person I have ever met in my life. He hired people that he doesn't trust to do their job (although they are exceptionally talented) and micromanages people in fields he knows nothing about which ultimately resulted in herb's downfall. - Don't work here if you're a woman. They will go to extraordinary lengths for their male staff but will always turn their back and make excuses to why the female staff can't have equal raises/opportunities. - As the past employees have stated before me - there is no work-life balance nor does the CEO believe in this. - There is no culture. There are no values. There is only depression and panic attacks.
