I've had a great experience working at Herb. It's been really positive and fun. I wor with amazing people who were super friendly and welcoming. The work itself is really interesting too, I learn a lot about the industry and all of the different products. Overall it is a great experience and I would highly recommend working here to anyone looking for a fun and positive work environment.

Can't think of anything to be honest

Herb is probably one of the most transparent companies I have been a part of. The company believes in allowing team members to be autonomous and work together on all issues. I have found this elements soloed departments and creates pure collaborations. The culture is unique and inspiring considering everyone is remote. If you're looking to grow as a professional, learn new skill sets, and be a part of company that puts their people first. Herb is the place for you!

The company move quickly and has grown fast in a short period of time. This sometimes can impact team members requiring them to wear multiple hats at times while recruitment catches up. So as much as this might be a con for some, it provides growth potential for others.
