Pros
The offices are nice. Could be better.
Cons
* There is a high probability that you will not work in the position that you interviewed for. They will put you in whatever position is open at the time, no matter what qualifications and past experience you have. DO NOT BELIEVE what they tell you in the interviews. * They have a "hire to fire" mentality. Like I said above, if it happens to put you in a position that is unrelated to what you interviewed for and outside of your abilities, they will fire you in 6 months after the probation period ends with whatever silly reason they come up with. * The engineering practices they follow are horrible. Chaos is a word that only partially describes what is happening here. Don't-Repeat-Yourself, proper unit testing, avoiding even basic SQL injection attacks etc is something they have never heard probably. * Many projects are extremely outdated and kept together with hacks and prayers basically. * I have never in my entire carrer seen so incompetent team leads and managers, lacking both in technical skill as well as people management skills. * The whole company is a Cypriot clique.
