Pros
For the most part, my co-workers were fantastic. I had great agents and co-workers. The atmosphere in the begining was full of excitement and fun.
Cons
The cart was put before the horse in Belleville and the site ramped up without the direction of an onsite Site Director and Operations Manager. Got to big to quick.
