Pros

Benefits weren't too bad. Ability to work from home. Paid training was a plus. It was a decent job for someone with no responsibilities.

Cons

The pay was not good for everything they have you doing. Being tethered to your desk for 8 hrs. With only 2 15 minute break and a 30 min lunch. Seems like a lot but not really. The equipment was lacking quality. Headset for one, picked up every noise in the background. The requirements for internet speed was hard to achieve.

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the Call Center industry is unique and that our schedules can sometimes be challenging. Therefore, our hiring process is very transparent and honest to set the job expectations to be very realistic. During the interview, our Recruiters explain that the role requires extensive periods of sitting and keyboard/computer work. Thank you again for your review and for being a part of OneHGS!
